At Lilly + Sid – our customers are central to all that we do, and sometimes there may be occasions where you might want to return something back to us.
SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
We aim to pack and post your order within 2 working days of placing your order. Our working days are Monday - Friday , 9am-5pm. Please do note that there may be some delays during busy sale periods or peak trading times.
UK Delivery Options
Uk Next Day Delivery (Order before 3pm): £5.99
Standard delivery (3-5 working days via Royal Mail): £3.95
We use Royal Mail tracked delivery to send parcels within the UK and a selection of methods for international shipping.
Next Day orders placed on a Friday after 4pm will leave on Monday.

For worldwide shipments, the delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on location.
Please note that Lilly and Sid do not accept responsibility for additional duties and taxes incurred when shipping outside of the UK.
International shipping may be subject to delays due to customs procedures in the destination country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Returns & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your order, but if not, you have 28 days from receipt to return your item(s) for a refund.
Please note, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order online
How to Return
Please complete the returns form included with your order and enclose it with your parcel.
If you no longer have your returns slip, please include your order number and return details clearly inside your parcel so we can locate your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items are returned at your own risk, so we recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
If you purchased a Turtledove London item from one of our independent retailers, please contact them directly to arrange your return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrectly packed item, please contact our Customer Service team at:
Include your order number and details of the issue, and we will arrange a prepaid return and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
